2. Your information may be sent to the resorts reservations department in order to evaluate your request for a vacation for yourself or your group according to the terms and conditions for guest referral and the resorts own rules, regulations and privacy policy that may exist..
3. Certain information is needed in order to make arrangements for accomodations for Adult guests and children if any. A child is considered 12 and under. Occasionally the resort runs a seasonal kids summer free promotion which you may take advantage of. To see if this summer the promotion is being run, at the resort you are considering going to, check on the resorts website to see what promotions may be available.. Not all resorts run the same promotion, and diferent resorts may run different promotions and activities, so research the resort you would like to go to aforehand before deciding on a resort. If they are running the promotion, it will be advertised on their website. For any questions submit them using the textbox provided in the form.
4. We do not save your information in any database and once you have submitted your information to us which arrives by email, we foward to the resort and promptly remove from online and archive off site.
5. We do not track or monitor your use of this website or use cookies to store browsing history.
6. We are not a travel Agency or travel service and are not responsible for booking your vacation. Under the terms and agreements governing the guest referral program at the resort for resort members, we are extending an offer to be our guest at the resort. If we both mutually agree, you may be offered a guest referral and enjoy a discounted rate, in exchange for your agreement to attend a 90 minute presentation at the resort giving the resort an opportunity and privelege to acquaint you with some of the vacation options you may avail yourself of if you choose to.

Terms and Conditions

1. The Guest understands and agrees to attend an obligatory 90 minute presentation to acquaint the guest with vacation membership offers at the hotel as a condition of this guest referral offer.
2. The Guest understands that purchasing a vacation membership is optional.
3. The Guest understands that this solicitation does not constitute a vacation offer and no subsequent vacation reservation that may be offered should not be considered confirmed until the Guest has paid for the vacation reservation in full.
4. The Guest understands that submitting a referral request does not gaurantee being offered a vacation referral and that the decision to grant a vacation guest referral is up to the descretion of the resort member offering the guest referral.
5. The Guest agrees to abide by any and all rules, stipulations, binders of the hotel chain, their subsiduaries, agents or affiliates including any rules that may exist regarding guest referral rules and regulations.
6. The Guest agree to hold the resort and resort member offering the guest referral, harmless against any events arising from the Guest's stay at the hotel or travels to and from the resort in connection with this guest referral offer.
7. The Guest agrees and understands that all hotel reservations are subject to availability. In order to have the best chance of securing the week that you want it is reccommended to put your request in as early as possible. Your reservation is not confirmed until your submitted guest referral request has been recieved, accepted, you have recieved notification of acceptance, and you have paid for the reservation in full.
8. The Guest(s) agrees and understands that all vacations are for a 7 nights stay with all inclusive amenities for two adults in one room. An Additional 2 Adults or children may be accomodated in one room for an additional cost per adult or child. Resorts that may have free children in the summer promotions can accomodate 2 children in the room for free. A child is considered 12 and under. At no time can you have more than 4 people in one room. If there are up to 4 adults, I would reccommend requesting an additional referral for the other two guests so that they may have their own room, but this is not required. The cost for the additional adults in one room varies by resort and time of travel so if this is the case, please explain this in the comments when you submit the referral request.
9. The Guest(s) understands and agrees that the guest referral offered to the guest(s) by the resort member is the sole basis for the guest recieving the guest referral rate and the guest(s) accepts the terms and conditons upon which the guest refferral is based on as it relates to the 90 minute presentation which the guest(s) agrees to attend.
10. The Guest(s) agrees not to malign the resort or the resort member who is graciously offering a guest referral to the Guest and to refrain from negatively portraying the resort in any online media.
11. The Guest(s) understands and agrees that once the referral request is accepted, the guest will be notified of the total cost of the vacation and informed of all that is included in addition to the standard all inclusive accomodations for two adults. The guest understands that they are not obligated to accept the vacation referral and a decision does not have to be made until the guest recieves an acceptance email notification.
12. The guest(s) understands and agrees that in the event that the guest is approved for the guest referral thay have 7 days to either accept it or decline it, after 7 days the acceptance request will be considered declined by the Guest nominee, in order so that it can be offered to the next candidate as there is a narrowing and high in demand supply of accomodations. It may also happen that the resort can book up in the space of time it takes from the time that the accomodations are verified as being available and the lag time it takes a guest to decide to accept in which case, as long as the acceptance by the guest was made within the 7 days, alternate accomodations will be offered. All reservations are subject to availability on a first come first serve basis until the reservation is paid in full, nothing is confirmed.
13. The Guest(s) understands that they will recieve a vacation reservation number once their vacation has been booked and the guest may contact the reservation dept. to make arrangements for free ground transportation to and from the airport and resort if the offer is available.
14. This promotion is subject to the rules and regulations in effect governing the member guest referral program in effect at the hotel and may be rescinded at the option of the hotel.
